Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PokéDex Trading Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account
• You may not use another user's account without permission

4. Trading and Transactions

All trades and transactions conducted through the Platform are between users. The Platform acts as a facilitator only.

• Users are responsible for verifying card authenticity
• The Platform is not responsible for disputes between users
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed between parties
• Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding sales and trades

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

• Selling counterfeit or fraudulent cards
• Manipulating prices or market data
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using automated systems to scrape data
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PokéDex Trading Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
